North Norfolk Railway: Dad’s Army Live
April 30 - May 2
Weybourne Station will be taken over for three days of live music, classic vehicles, 40s fashions, and wartime capers courtesy of the Thetford Dad’s Army Museum!
The famous ‘Royal Train’ episode of Dad’s Army was filmed at Weybourne Station, airing for the first time on 14th November 1973. Classic tongue-in-cheek humour and Corporal Jones’ much-loved butcher’s van brings the Walmington-on-Sea stars to life again.
A frequent train service will operate between Sheringham, Weybourne and Holt from 10.00am to 4.00pm over the three days.
