Notice is hereby given of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Of the SHERINGHAM CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION LTD
To be held on Wednesday 24th October 2018
7.30pm PROMPT at The Mo Museum, Sheringham
According to the Constitution of Sheringham Carnival Association Ltd, all existing officers and governors must stand down each year, but can offer themselves for re-election, along with any other interested parties. The following positions of Officers and Governors will become vacant:
CHAIRPERSON
VICE-CHAIRPERSON
TREASURER
SECRETARY
MINUTES SECRETARY
NON-EXECUTIVE GOVERNORS (2)
Nominations for these posts should be submitted, together with the names of the proposer and seconder, and a written acceptance of the nominee to the Retiring Chairperson or Retiring Vice-Chairperson 7 days before the Annual General Meeting. If you wish to vote for officers at the AGM, you must fill out a Membership Form and be included on the register of Members. These will be available at the AGM.
